LEADERSHIP

To be an Alpha Phi means to be a leader. Leadership is something we push all sisters towards, no matter how large or small the role. Our sisters take on leadership positions in the classroom, on the field or court, on stage, in clubs, and especially within our organization.

Whether a sister is a new member or a senior in her last semester, we cherish the opportunity to help them grow as a leader.

A Letter From Our President:

Joining Alpha Phi was truly the best decision I have ever made. My first semester on campus was filled with so much excitement and new experiences, but I still felt like something was missing. When I found out about formal recruitment in the spring, I knew it was something I had to do. Going through recruitment seemed to open so many doors for me I didn't know existed.

Alpha Phi has changed me in every way imaginable. Alpha Phi welcomed me with open arms and introduced me to my sisters and my closest friends. These women are the most intelligent, kind, courageous, and generous people I have ever known. The constant support is felt through attending sisterhood events, games, and even in the classroom. I am surrounded by women pushing me to be a better version of myself. As someone who used to shy away from putting myself out there, Alpha Phi has made me confident in myself. I feel comfortable and seen here. I am so proud to say I am an Alpha Phi and I feel so incredibly fortunate to be able to serve the sorority that has given so much to me.

Love and AOE,
Sam Billups
